A creature that applies the Elixir to its face and neck after cleansing gains the following benefits for the next 24 hours:
- Radiant Visage: The creature’s skin is immediately infused with moisture. All saving throws against effects that cause the Charmed condition, or that involve persuasion or diplomacy checks, gain a +1 bonus due to the sheer luminosity of their complexion.
- Aura of Protection: The skin’s natural barrier is strengthened. The creature gains resistance against effects that cause the Dry or Flaky condition (reducing redness/sensitivity).
- Curse of Dullness Lifted: Over repeated use (30 days), the Elixir grants a natural, even glow, helping to lighten mild sun-damage and old scars, as if targeted by a continuous Lesser Restoration spell.
